Our Reiki Weekend Workshops are hands-on training session where you learn the principles and techniques of Reiki, a form of energy healing that originated in Japan.
During the workshop, we cover the history and philosophy of Reiki, as well as the methods for channeling and directing energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will receive a personal attunement which is a ritual designed to open and align your energy pathways, allowing you to effectively practice Reiki on yourself, friends, and family.
The workshop also includes practical exercises, where you will practice giving and receiving Reiki, and we will discuss how to integrate Reiki into daily life for your personal growth and healing.
You will also learn meditation techniques to help you still your mind and find peace and calmness in your every day life. You just need to bring yourself and be open to a wonder-filled time of healing and sharing with like minded people.
Payment by instalments can be arranged.
