Hi, I’m Lisa Morrison, and central to my teaching philosophy is a dedication to refining natural and universal movement principles. I believe in establishing a foundation for safe and enduring yoga practices that extend beyond the mat. My life and teachings are rooted in Patanjali’s 8-limbed system of Yoga, embodying a commitment to holistic well-being and self-discovery.

As a dedicated Yoga instructor with over 17 years of practice and a profound connection to the transformative power of this ancient art, I’ve delved into the intricate nuances of the body’s energies, honing the ability to activate and harmonize these forces.  I emphasize the significance of the breath as a guide, creating internal pathways of alignment that foster understanding from the inside out.

Beyond the therapeutic, anatomical, and physiological benefits of yoga, my approach is designed to empower you to become your ‘own best teacher.’ I am passionate about guiding you to attune to your innate body wisdom, allowing your practice to evolve organically.

The inception of Yoga4Life stems from my fervent desire to make yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of their stage in life. Whether you’re 18 or 88 years young, my commitment remains unwavering. I am continuously motivated and inspired by the challenge of meeting the unique and evolving needs of my students.
