A little about Jack

Helping others grow has always been my passion. After gaining diverse life experiences, I’m now dedicated to this work full-time as a professional coach and breathwork facilitator.

My journey has been varied and fulfilling. I’ve led 21-day wilderness expeditions across Australia as an outdoor educator, worked as a carpenter, and managed multi-townhouse construction projects. I’ve even represented New Zealand in AFL.

In my personal life, I love surfing, breathwork, staying active, connecting with friends, and pursuing personal growth.

I discovered breathwork and coaching as powerful tools to manage stress, gain clarity, and navigate life’s challenges. They’ve been transformative for me, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same.

Deep Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breathing Technique
A deep, continuous breathing pattern without pauses between inhaling and exhaling, often done through the mouth.

Jack is an internationally certified breathwork facilitator who will guide you safely through each session.

Sessions are available for individuals or groups, either in person or online. Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours.
